Booking

To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 40% per person, payable by bank transfer (IBAN: AT 4645850 00520038282, SWIFT code: VBOEATWWLAN) or by credit card.

The prices listed here are in euros per person per night, excluding the local tax of €4.00 per day per person.

Prices

The lower price is the weekly rate:
The lower price for the Junior Suite applies to 3 people; the higher price applies to 2 people.

Car park

For each room booked, one parking space in the local underground car park is available free of charge; a charge of €15.00 per day will be applied for each additional parking space.

Short stays

For short stays of 1 to 4 days, we charge a surcharge of €10.00 per person per day; for weekend bookings of 1 to 2 days, the surcharge is €20.00 per person per day.

Single room

Single room supplement in a Double room: 50% surcharge
Single room supplement in a Classic Double room: 90% surcharge

Opting out of the evening meal

A reduction of €20.00 per person per day applies for stays including breakfast only, without the evening meal. This request must be made in advance.

Children

Children sharing their parents' room when two full-paying adults are staying:
Discounts: up to 3 years old 80%, 4 to 10 years old 50%, 11 to 17 years old 30%. From 18 years 20% discount. Local tax free for children up to 15 years

Closed day

Our kitchen team has one day off per week (Thursday). On this day, we only offer bed and breakfast. The price for dinner, €20 per person, will be deducted from the half-board price.

Check-in

Rooms are available from approximately 2.00 pm. If you are arriving after 7.00 pm, please let us know in advance.

Check out

Check-out is at 10.30

Pets

Small pets are welcome by prior arrangement. However, for legal reasons, they are not permitted in the dining room. Price €22.00 per day (excluding food).

Short stays

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any discounts for late arrivals or early departures.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 3 months before arrival.
For cancellations made between 3 months and 1 month prior to arrival, we will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee.
For cancellations made between 1 month and 1 week prior to the arrival date, we will charge 70% of the booking amount as a cancellation fee. For cancellations made within 1 week of arrival or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the total price will be charged.

Travel insurance

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. European Travel Insurance.

In general, the provisions of the "Österreichisches Hotelreglement" (Austrian Hotel Regulations) are valid.
