Booking conditions:
For legally binding reservations, we request a pre-payment of € 200,- per person by bank transfer
(IBAN: AT 4645850 00520038282, SWIFT-CODE: VBOEATWWLAN) or by credit card.
Children, who stay in the room of their parents (two full-paying adults): price up to 3 years
EUR10,-, 4 – 10 years 50%, 11 – 16 years 30% discount.
We calculate a surcharge of € 5 / day and person for short stays of up to 4 days!
The rooms are available after approx. 2 pm. (Please let us know in advance if you are planning on
arriving after 7 pm).
Small pets can be brought upon prior agreement. However, due to legal reasons, pets may not be
brought into the dining hall. Price € 4 / day (without feed).
90% of the half board amount will be calculated for late arrivals and early departures.
The pre-payment will be viewed as the cancellation fee for cancellations made latest three months
prior to the date of arrival. Cancellations within four weeks are generally 80% of the total price.
We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
In all other respects, the conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations are valid and considered
as agree upon.
